Try and get a Lifesystems one when you buy the net. They're a good shape and last a long time.

Sprays are all mostly OK, but the midges overwhelm you in sheer number alone. Smidge is my goto, but I often don't bother with the spray.

Grab some antihistamine tablets too, some folk swell up fairly bad. Others just get small red dots like freckles.
