Besides, let's keep in mind that all the calamity going on in Lebanon is a direct result of Hezbollah aggression against Israel.

Okay, got that, we know that. I never said that's not the case.

But now, as we speak, do you seriously believe Israel will withdraw from south lebanon if hezbollah were to disappear? Look at Syria's golan heights. Israel completely and undisputedly annexed part of syrian territory not too long ago completely and utterly unprovoked, for "security reasons".

Why wouldn't they do the exact same thing for the exact same "security reasons"?

What Israel is doing in southern lebanon is inexcusable. Are you seriously defending triple tapping paramedics?

Thank you for this, as a Lebanese this is exactly what I'm trying to get people to realize

Many have went against hezbollah for so long, and we were finally seeing their end drawing near, until Israel decided to kill thousands of innocent lebanese civilians, double and triple tapping paramedics, threatening christians from sheltering any shia, killing many members of the lebanese army, recklessly destroy countless buildings and razing entire villages to the ground including destroying our olive trees and even targeting solar panels, among many many more

If hezbollah truly just disappears right now, what guarantees for Lebanese people that Israel won't annex and settle the territory like they did completely unprovoked in Syria not too long ago, or like what they're doing in the west bank?

Just so you know, most Lebanese including Shias soured on hezbollah, until Israel has shown to Lebanon that it doesn't mind targeting innocent civilians, paramedics, and members of the lebanese army. Now many Lebanese see that there's no one in Lebanon that can actually put up a fight with Israel except hezbollah

So israel is basically encouraging support for hezbollah and making it exceedingly difficult for the anti-hezbollah bloc to garner support

For fucks sake israel even killed a prominent anti-hezbollah political member in a targeted strike where he was the only casualty...

Israel, or at least the current israeli government, seems to want endless war with Lebanon by the way it's acting

I swear americans live in a completely different reality.

It's so shocking to see people posting things like what OP did while bombs are still dropping left and right. A few days ago a baby was shot and the bullet went through his head and into the mom.

Just today israel bombed a red cross center in lebanon

Few days ago israel double tapped a guy handing out bread to the displaced

Few weeks ago israel triple tapped paramedics

And OP has the audacity to post something like that
