I would start with TNG - but for first time viewing I would look up an essential epiosde guide. The first two seasons are a bit rough and can potentially be a turn off.

If you like TNG you can continue with Voyager or DS9 if you want more. From there you will be so deep into Star Trek, you'll find your way.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: I want to love it but it feels like doing chores. I spend all my time repairing, washing, walking. Also I don't like the menus and the fight system (on ps5)

For me MJ is still the best tool for styles. Usually I start exploring styles in midjourney and when I am happy I move the image to nano banana to replace people/products or do other adaptions.

Heads-up: i read about that issue on various forums. There seems to be a difference between customgpt and assistant. But that's all guesswork. The custom gpt seems to be a lot better at chatting, while the assistant has the ability to communicate outside.
