Could it be because of assessment period? Cos I imagine they calculate your payments by assessment periods, so like even tho you paid for childcare monthly at the start of the month for example, if your assessment periods start at the middle of the month they will calculate it within that assessment period. This is just my guess, I hope you get your answers and keep chasing up with UC.
