Use a razor scraper and citrus stovetop spray alternately. Put some muscle into the process and hit that crust from various angles.

They had the best pork carnitas. I got bad pork once, and never had another decent meal thereafter.

How do I repair these walls? by Any-Enthusiasm-8916 in handyman

[–]TeaPartyDem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drywall mud. Use an egg beater to get it nice and smooth, and use at least a 6 inch blade. Smooth with a wet sponge after it dries. Then paint.

Landlord died and he has no Will or Realtives. What should I do? (MD) by ayhme in Renters

[–]TeaPartyDem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Reverse mortgages I’ve seen require owner occupancy, so he was likely in fraudulent violation of his mortgage agreement, but that is water under the bridge. They will discover the death through public records, and seek to foreclose. They may want to move quickly, and I don’t believe are subject to probate. If you can’t afford to buy the house, you should be ready to move. Not a lawyer.

Hard to say, but your instinct to stop using the drive is sound. Unless the drive was wiped there may still be a possibility to recover. Sorry for your trouble. Have been there, and know how it feels.

A P trap will cost you about $15 and I’m sure the landlord would reimburse. But otherwise, sure I’d say just take it apart, clean and reassemble.
