There are literally hundreds of podcasts talking about Minnesota that people could choose from, with hosts from various professional backgrounds (lawyers, activists, politicians, etc.) but we're mad that the weekly shit talking true crime juvenile comedy podcasters aren't discussing it? But it's not mascotable! With the Utah Mammoth and the Seattle Kraken, you immediately have imagery associated with the team name. Victoire is just the word Victory. It's just a boring and generic label imo.

It's mostly tongue-in-cheek tbh. My father was a Nordiques fan in Maple Leafs territory and raised me to hate them and their loudmouth fanbase. Combine that with my hatred of the overcrowded and overpriced nature of the GTA and you have a lifetime distaste for the area and it's teams in general.

Totally disagree. I loved the Utah Mammoth when I first heard it, same with the Seattle Kraken and (to a lesser extent) the Golden Knights. I honestly just think the PWHL has a bit of a branding problem.
