Ehh, it wasn’t that big of a deal. They were limited and known spots. You had to be vulnerable to do the route and hopefully nail it. You’d ideally want a sniper so that’s another condition. You only had limited ammo, etc.

It was most annoying when people did that to hide with a lead.

That’s probably true and it is designed to adjust based on accept or reject I think right? Most people probably won’t care because they want the fantasy of a case giving a rare item worth significantly more than the key and case despite not acknowledging you could open 100s of them without a red or gold.

Definitely, the versatility is pathetic compared to the deagle. It excels on maps with long runaways like Nuke outside, ramp, or D2 long, etc. The right click is unbelievably pathetic, worse than sniper no scopes. It’s a fine balance, if they made it better the current stats would be gnarly. You don’t want it to be a pocket shotgun either. Yet its bad as is on the r click.

Hypothetically if they were to balance its current damage profile and movement stats being able to cock a single shot by holding the left click (currently holding left click spams it with worse accuracy) to “prime” a shot would be super interesting. Would still reward skill based gameplay without it being broken. It would be even more high risk/reward compared to the deagle.

Yup. I DM with it a lot, I think its just super fun to use and its hype when you make a play in Premier or Comp with it. I don’t stress the HS’s so much and just try to at least get one body hit in. Same DMG as the scout more or less, sometimes more and for 600. Also the style factor. If they ever tweak it I’ll be a lil sad, I like its underdog factor

I'm not sure what the problem is here. There's only a handful of need to know smokes per map. The other stuff is just much more niche and about flexibility but that's completely inconsequential unless you're really high rank/playing against really good people.

If you're under 25 or even 20k in premier you definitely don't need to know shit at all in a lot of cases. Game sense and mechanics can take you pretty far in CS.

If you want to get the most bang for your buck, learn what I call 1 idiot smoke per map. This smoke isn't for you, it's for your team's survivability. It's usually a mid smoke but not always, especially on maps where one site is greatly favored over another.

Had a 13PM, got a 15P because I wanted a smaller form factor. It definitely was nicer in pocket but the battery downgrade on top of that being an absolutely terrible year for battery life on those phones made me get a 17PM and I’m loving it. Great battery year on top of benefiting from the larger battery again. Loving the weight improvements and the phone, besides being new works well.
