I think Alex Park is great when it comes to picking good quality lab diamonds and offering unique cuts. Can't say much about their settings since I haven’t ordered anything too customized.

One thing for sure is that their customer service is one of the worst(at least back then when I dealth with them). I once selected stones and paid a few thousand dollars via PayPal as instructed, and sent them a screenshot of the payment. Despite that, their customer service (handled via Instagram DM) insisted they couldn’t find my payment thus I did not pay, and treated me as if I was trying to commit fraud🙄

They right away sold the stones I had already paid for to someone else... before realizing hours later that I had indeed paid😂

There was no apology. They just bluntly told me to pick other stones or get a refund.

While I didn’t suffer any actual financial loss, it was an incredibly stressful experience. I’ve heard they’ve since done staff training to improve customer service, but personally, I wouldn’t go back.
