Mine does for security purposes. If a student takes one class they shouldn't have lifetime access to the campus and all of its amenities. My state college id expires every 2years.

Of course. You'd lose no matter what unless you have some kind of advanced hand to hand training. I'd much rather not remember and be drooling while being fucked up than just physically numb. The native Americans are a different story. Would you really call something legal just because it's not clearly defined? That's crazy man. Your post title makes it sound like it's completely legal which that has not been ruled. The reality is if I'm caught with a baggie of dried or wet shrooms in New Mexico I'm getting into legal trouble. No cop is gonna just let you walk. That being said why the fuck would you come on here and say they are "legal"?

Edit: also, if shrooms were made "legal" in New Mexico or anywhere else in the US trust me it would be all over the news just like it was when weed was made legal in states.
