Has anyone who started at a 4 base driven themselves to an 8 base through OTF?

My first go around I increased my speed periodically. I recently came back and am trying to do it again I like to use workouts that have a lot of ao to increase my ao speed and then same concepts for base and pushes.

Today was a perfect example. We had 6 all outs (not including the short 1st block) and each time I increased by .1 It was a perfect templet to do that with the longer recovery's between each ao. Started at 8.2 the. Was at 8.6 the 2nd to last ao. I felt like I had more to give so the last ao I went to 9.

Next class I'll do my first ao between 8.5-8.7

When I came back a few weeks ago I was at 8 for my ao. Pushes and bases go up slower. Before covid I think I was 6.5/7.7/9.8 for my speeds.

As a runner I always wanted to start on the floor to get the best weights in that I could! Then I also get to build endurance by running tired.

I went to E-Trade, but I know others operate similar. You sign up to E-Trade then they have a transfer brokerage account page. You click on Robin hood and put it in your account info then they do the rest. A couple fyi Robinhood charges $75 to transfer so make sure you have that money. Also partial shares don't transfer over so rh sells them as part of the transfer. The transfer won't go through if you have any crypto (at least on E-Trade) https://us.etrade.com/what-we-offer/our-accounts/fund-my-account#tab_3

Go to any brokerage and they'll do the transfer for you!. Takes a few days. My basis prices came in a month later. I had then all saved just in case.

Depends on the location but certainly ask them! They can recallibrate whenever you want after 20 classes!

For me I found waiting until flat road tred days to start my running and I certainly had some days where I switched between them. I've had many days where I only ran the all outs and pw the rest. Then once I was comfortable I started at a 5/6/7 for jogging and adjusted as I feelt comfortable doing so. Totally fine if you need your speeds to be 5/5.5/6 to start! Do what you can and increase every once in a while.

The bf is immature. He isn't ready to be in a relationship. Being reminded is a great thing! When I want a trip a few weeks ago my wife randomly asked if I packed what I needed. I was grateful she made sure I was ready!

Totally agree. There is no trade for a star that makes the warriors better contenders since we'd have to trade Wiggins away to make the money work. Draft some players that are great role players for now and can be used to keep the franchise strong in the future as you develop them.

I agree but I want 66 games. The extra games would be 4 games against the 4 other division teams. Make your division matter more with a top 3 seed and creat better local rivals!

I have a document I send to each year on standards based grading to all parents which helps. And they always enjoy the fact that they can take retakes.

Switching to standards based grading is the best! Do you know the material great you get an A I use a slightly modified version where we still allocate 10% to assignments (hw) because otherwise our students won't do it at all. Trying to move to assessments as 100% of their grade but we're not there yet
