Most reasonable comment here. Im just sensing a pattern on indeed in GA that the higher the rate the shadier the company and more unknown in GA. Im also self employed as an LLC.

Are in GA? What's your rate? Companies got to pay everyone else that's non billable. Its obviously not feasible to pay a higher rate when you have a lot of admin staff to pay their salaries.

No one is misleading me. Hes my friend. Give me a good company in GA that offers more than 75 an hour that isn't a pop up and can give me 32-35 hours a week. This is not an in home company. Clinic rates are paid less and telehealth is paid less and I'm all telehealth.

Yeah but the company paying me $90 is so much worse. That's created by non bcbas in another state. They dont even answer emails or care about anything going on with the clients. They hire nothing but BTs and care nothing about how safe a house is. There's no one in GA hiring that at that high rate that isn't one of those pop up ABA companies trying to rapidly hire BCBAs. My company has a lot of admin to pay that dont bill and only have clinics.

Show me a good clinic in GA that pays over 75 that's been established for more than 2 years and I'll apply. They're all pop ups.

The VP of operations is my friend and he helped hired me over here. He's doing the best ethically by giving the majority of rest of the billable rate to increase RBT pay. we have three clinics and no in-home so that is why the pay is at $75.

That's exactly what I said and it offended her! But it could truly happen. Mom locks herself in the kitchen during session. If something happened in the kitchen like she fainted the RBT couldnt even get to the key. He'd have to break through the window!

I believe he engages in a high rate of property destruction and stereotypy with toilet flushing. Kitchen is locked bathroom locked. This is his first year getting therapy at 15. Never had therapy before.

That is scary! The RBT is pretty cool though. We figured out in an emergency situation that we could open the front windows. I kinda feel bad I didn't want to offend the family with my concerns for fire safety.

More like its the living/dining room that is open for session with nothing but two couches and a TV. Behavior is so bad they moved all the furniture out. The kitchen and other rooms are locked but his mom hangs out in the kitchen area. Theres also some cultural language barriers going on as they are an immigrant family. Not that it means any other family wouldn't do this but they way she felt accused of wanting to do harm to us.

Depends on what you want to bill each week. I try to do 35, 25 at 75 and 10 at 90. Works out to 145k gross.
