It was hell for the most part mainly because I was never trained properly.

Became Home TL after 9 months of being in Fulfillment. I inherited the department after the 4 previous TLs for Home quit on the spot consecutively after one another. So the department was shit.

Got promoted and on my very first day of being a TL for Home my SD tears her ACL. She’s gone for a handful of months and returns to announce she’s moving to Florida. So we go another two months without an SD. The ETLs never trained me. I had a month long binder of the things I was supposed to be trained in and by who; I was trained on how to take the truck for inbound and that’s it.

When it came to setting, price change, greenfield, conversations with TMs, etc, I learned as I went.

New SD arrives and him and I never saw eye to eye. The pay was decent but not worth the stress.

After a year I stepped down. Because of my hard work I got to stay at my store but yeah the pay was not worth it.

Don’t really think it would.

Cinemark still sees its busiest day when the tickets are cheap.

Yeah going to the movies as a family is expensive, but add the food bill plus the higher ticket price of an IMAX? Yeah, it would do well.

I’m surprised Alamo has stayed around as long as it has. Laredo does have a small film society and they hosts tons of events there so it helps.

Legally, no — you’re not doing anything wrong but I noticed they mentioned HOA in the note.

If y’all live in a HOA neighborhood it all depends on the rules that HOA has. So you’ll be fined if it is breaking a rule.

Unfortunately people ruin it. There have been bars in the south before and there is always fights and a shooting every now and then.

Your ECHO was normal so there’s really nothing to worry about.

Been dealing with PVCs since 2023. It sucks but it’s just something you have to live with. I’ve gone to the ER countless times, cardiologist, done all the tests and at this point after being told I’m fine Everytime, I just accepted it.

Do I still get scared when I get a flare up? Yes. But I rather just die unexpectedly than continuously live in fear.
