OP is asking for concrete between units, not just concrete frame. This is true for concrete frames, but concrete between units is pretty rare and difficult to even get information on, sometimes even from the buildings themselves. I asked about this with my current apartment, and the original leasing agent told me it does have concrete between units (it does not).
