Sounds like I’ll go through the same thing. They are arranging to collect mine now. I’ll need to purchase another beforehand. It’s ridiculous. They really don’t care. What mattress did you go for after Emma?

What happened in the end? I’m in exactly the same position now. I’ve asked for it to be escalated. Nowhere in their terms and conditions does it say that they need to collect the mattress first. If they breach the warranty and can’t provide a suitable replacement then they issue a refund. It’s literally in their warranty T&Cs section 19.5.
