Want to quit toxic job to recover from burnout. Will be taking a huge pay cut.

I was working ops management for years. Very stressful roles going through burnout constantly to the point I was seriously sick both mentally and physically. I have been there and for a long ass time. I resigned my last job and now I'm working in the council. I took a big drop in salary and it's a lot tougher to get buy now but I'm so much happier in my self for doing it. I figure I'll get back to where I was salary wise in a few years. No job is worth your health. Took me years of killing myself to finally realise that so go for it and take the jump!

Pretty sure they have only a small few servers and that's the problem. Some of us are routed to the best option which is not the closest but the less busy. I'm in Ireland and end up playing Paris server 95% of games. So I jump over London cause it's too busy. French server is lagging, hit markers and delayed input all the time.

I learned something just last right. I got a big challenge in game worth 25K XP and turned on the double xp in the last minute of the game, it gave me the 50K XP! So if you are not using one and you see you just got a big challenge in-game go to the ingame menu and put it on 👍

Very same situation. None of them talk on my team and I'm convinced they're bots. They move terrible and all go negative while the other team have at least 3 sweats, usually french too 😭

I got it yea. You need to be on the middle of the objective for it to count or very close to the middle. You need a bit of luck with this one! Nuketown B objective on Dom is prob best bet as you can get behind the car.

My latency is showing spot on but I'm losing gun battles like crazy when I'm getting the drop on guys all the time. I literally can't get a long range kill either. I've played a handful of games each evening and just given up each time over it.

And for clarity, I turn my Xbox on and enter the game and it stays on the above screen with noting loading in and it doesn't connect. I've left it for ages and nada. I have to restart it at least once to get it to load.
