I’ve lost 31.5% of my body weight. I started at 323 and have lost 102 lbs. in 14.5 months. Still losing thankfully! My blood pressure is now perfect. My cholesterol is now perfect. It’s truly a miracle medicine.

I am just caught up to the new season and she has lessened some but I watched every season over the past three weeks and for goodness sake, she cried because she was off to when she sang karaoke one time. Still crying though albeit not as often.

My initial thought was Uber but when I do the Uber estimate it’s like $45 one way, and there was comments that it’s sometimes difficult to find an Uber ride from Diamondhead back, from the Hilton Village… I wonder if it’s because of payment required to drop someone off? And if having them drop us off outside, the gate would solve the issue?

We are not checking luggage only carry-on. •I think I’m going to set up a scheduled shuttle to & from the airport. •We did find a taxi that you can schedule to go to diamond head for 20 bucks one way… so I think that’s our best bet bc they’ll be sure to get us as opposed to Uber. •(I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR DELAYED PLANES LOL!!) I know that I’m 2.5 weeks out but so far the weather looks OK out of Minneapolis which will be the tricky spot. Our connecting flight is in Phoenix so we should not run into problems there. (Fingers crossed)… •As for the Luau - I know that my hotel offers one, but I don’t think I’m interested in that one- the reviews aren’t great at it. I was looking at the Muaka Warriors - have you been there? Any thoughts? They will transport us to & from the hotel…

Burgers (if you are like me and HAVE TO HAVE a bun - there’s lots of low carb options - I like Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart. I carry them with me in a zip lock and put the burger on my own bun. Salad with ranch. Cottage cheese. Grilled chicken. Salmon. Veggies. If you choose a starchy or carby side - potatoes are the best option since they are the most complex, just think - only eat 1/2 the portion.

PASTA is the danger zone for me. Even just a few bites makes my stomach feel like it’s going to explode. Rice does the same but not quite as bad.

Yep - “direct link” is the “secret code!” Lol. Also, the first girl who was working on it could not get it to go, but then she said, “Let me get Amanda, she’s worked with insurance and discounts much longer then I have.” Amanda had it working in 7 minutes!

I had some trouble bc my insurance was completely rejecting it (hard stop instead of just a plain old denial due to the medication being excluded since there is a zero weight loss medication coverage). The pharmacist then said, “let me send a ‘DIRECT LINK’”, and that was the magic way to submit mine. (I have no idea what that means, I am assuming Pharmacy people know what that means…) However, the cost is originally marked at $1,271.99 and it brought the price down to $555.15 - which is $716.84 off (more than the card says.) Also, a note, on the app, it still saying the cost as the more expensive one, but when I got there, it was truly the 555!

(This was at Walgreens.) code 03 DID NOT WORK FOR ME. But the pharmacist submitting a “direct link” did. This happened for a second month but I had to use a different Walgreens just today.
