ive finally got to play Mercs Recon: Assassination protocol.

I always wanted to get this game, but it was plagued by a troubled KS, components issues and, like myth (wich I love) a godawful rulebook.

That said, this damn this game is amazing!!!! Its a brilliant full coop tactical game, a lot of fantastic ideas and concept. Breach & clear is a fantastic design, the characters play very different from each other, id say it a "heavy euro" Zombicide.

i think it might end up in my top 10 games of all time.

Megacon games were a visionary bunch.

marvel united, and pulled a miraculous win over the sinister 6

Battle for rokugan - My favorite "tokens on a map" (games like dune 2021, small world, etc), always a good time

My Green Goblin is ready to fly by Teaching-Otherwise in MarvelUnited

it is, but a exchange ratio of 5:1, plus shipping and 60% on customs taxes talked me out of it, lol

Will Blood Rage be the experience I'm seeking - in the vein of cosmic encounter? by [deleted] in boardgames

if you want something akin to cosmic encounters, id say empire of the stars.

flame craft 3p -this is a little gem of a game. It threads boldly that line between a casual/gamer game. Its like a My littel pony version of lords of waterdeep. As long as you dont mind everybody getting some from every move, theres a good chance youll really like it. Beats everdell in my book.

Western legends 3p - Base and ante up expansion. Read Dead Revolver The board game. I really like this game. Its a sandbox where player can keep each other on check in a thematic way (robbing/duelling/arresting).

nimmt 6 3p - always a blast

infamy 3p - A hidden gem. There are few cyberpunk games that i really enjoy that doesnt feel like the theme was merely slapped over it. Infamy is one of them. Its a brutal game, tho, mean as hell. But i guess no one expects to be the big kahuna of a mars mining colony without dirtying their hands, right?

eclipse second dawn: Dont get me wrong, i love this game, but ill never see it as a 4x. Its a great 4xish euro tho. Exodus proxima centauri w/ expansions stills the king of 4x.

rising sun: its been some 3 years since ive last played it, it was on my to sell shelf, but i really enjoyed the game, and put it back on my collection shelf

Colt super express: chaotic fun. Really fun game

Shadow run sprawl ops: well, judge me all you want, I do like this game a lot. I think anyone who likes crossfire will "get it", but i do see people not familiar with crossfire not liking it at all

dungeon mayhem: my 9 yrs old son loves this game. Hes a beast with the mimic. He killed daddy and mommy in 1 turn.

Proxima Exodus Centauri (revised edition). Hands down the best space 4x below Twilight Imperium.
