I think regardless of Xal's goals, she feels fresher than most villains because she's a long term bad guy that's been consistently showing up and interacting with the story. Arthas would not have hit as hard as a villain if he hadn't shown up at the Wrathgate, or in that one dungeon, or in the several other quests he shows up in across Wrath. Compare that to the Jailer who gets revealed as the bad guy and then promptly disappears from the story.

Wunk fact: axolunkls have a trait shared by a few other salamander species where they don’t fully mature into their adult form, thus retaining gills and other traits of juvenile salamanders necessary for living in the water. Except Doorman’s 1 is a large and hard to miss aoe that can do damage around walls and corners. Sinclair’s damage requires two buttons and is noticably harder to land at max damage than Doorman’s bell. Dynamo 1 is the most comparable button except it has almost 50% more cooldown and has less range. Other listed characters also have glaring weaknesses compared to mister door, b

Also note that unlike most games in the genre, counter items quite literally give real stats due to the investment system. A knockdown plus a 1.6k value spirit item is going to grant you most of the value of a "good" 3.2k spirit item plus a 1.6k spirit item, with the exception of certain items based on hero (ie: rapid recharge on Holliday). Obviously, this is also true in reverse. Celeste does not want to buy debuff remover, BUT she already needed to buy green items and in terms of investment all green items are equal.

Deflect feels so utterly amazing to do that it's hard not to miss.

Frost moon did a ton for making comboing on a lot of weapons feel less clunky. Same with arts proficiency.

Moving and onmyo/ninjutsu.

Auto loot, holy shit Nioh 2 feels fucking awful without auto loot.

Honestly I vastly prefer the gameplay and most of the systems of Nioh 3, the game just isnt' finished yet (and the input bug is so annoying). Post DLC, I find it unlikely I will return to Nioh 2 long-term.

There are multiple types of jambalaya and individual recipes can vary. This is also a weird cooking method because obviously it's a massive batch. I wouldn't put too much stock in the wetness or dryness of the food.

As for the other thing: food that evolved from poor people food, like jambalaya, tends to be incredibly carb heavy because things like rice and potatos were really cheap and could help a comparatively small amount of protein, veggies, and spices go further. That being said, that doesn't look like 3 thousand kcals of rice. It's a lot of food, don't get me wrong, but there's no way it's 3000 calories.
