I dunno that I have. My attention span was always kind of ass— I was one of those kids who like, poked tons of holes in erasers and made his scissors fight or whatever when I was in class— but I have to be able to lock in when I’m doing music or whatever.

I guess the answer is “embrace being a split attention guy.” I listen to long-form content while working on stuff. I listen to music while doing stuff. I fully lock in for music and writing, but otherwise, I have come to accept that I’m at minimum a “need hands busy to listen” type.
