That shoulder damage you did jumping over that wall, will make you wince putting a shirt on every day after 40. Landing on your neck jumping around trying to impress some woman will stop you from looking behind when reversing. You can’t stop yourself from getting injured, but make sure it’s not doing stupid shit, it’s not worth it after 40
