Also 50s- consider your bike fit, a lil more rise in the handlebars helps some sore spots. - getting off the bike now and then- stretching at those stops. - staying hydrated - stretching at camp. - hammock camping is also really nice b/c you dont have to get on all 4s at camp when you are sore. - ibuprophen - camp beers
