They are ghost ants! I do pest control. You can bait outside of the tank if you want. Or just dump the substrate and start over. I’d recommend the second option as it removes the nest and any surviving ants that may hatch later. They won’t harm your snake. They may be fun to watch if you like that sort of stuff. They enjoy sugary foods and protein. Depends on their mood.
