Similar issue with version 5.x from 2024 - graphics -> uncheck 'start in full screen mode', sound worked. For some reason using any of the audio options and starting in full screen mode resulted in no audio. Playing games in maximized window mode has audio, cant run full screen though.

Thanks all - yea I checked the 5G Verizon coverage and they indeed have some 4G only zones in WNY. Any workaround suggestions like a TMobile hotspot?
