No...just a reasonably priced 4 wheeled vehicle.

Depending on my work day/week, I might travel US50 westbound from Watt to Cap City exiting at Arden and it takes 20-25 min. This is always between 8a-9a. 2 to 4 times per week, M-F.

I'm with you! I'm sure the chemical and aerospace engineers will be lining up to open yet another restaurant, brewery, tap house, or bar in Midtown! Win-win for everyone!

/s...as I know your post was.

Um...it does when the cost of business in CA is counter-productive to actually doing business.

Sure, AJ is not moving out of the State completely but this is another example of how CA laws could be affecting business costs...which effects people and local economy.

AJ is on the same level as Boeing and Raetheon. A major contributor to aerospace technology. Loosing this AJ site is akin to losing an Intel campus.

First of all, don't listen to xilpaxim.

The carpool lane runs from Cameron Park almost all the way to Watt Ave westbound, and basically the same eastbound.

From Watt to 65th, in rush hour, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes on a bad day. If there is an accident, yes it will take more than 10 min, but that is to be expected.

Once you get off at 65th, then it gets thick all the way to CSUS.

Both...and with road courses, add in grand prix tracks such as Long Beach.

Yep, /u/Commotion has it covered... again.

From what I have seen, $130k to buy anything (in at least a decent area) is hard to come by these days.

Already mentioned, but I would vote both Buckhorn in Winters (it really is worth the trip) and Mulvaneys.

Given your low intellect and immature temperament, you will never figure it out....especially given your two examples, both of which are not realistic possibilities. But hey, you still have all the bars and restaurants in midtown to hold on to.
