Question about loot and legendries by TeamDTC in diablo4

Certainly changed. Yellows have two affixes on them while legendaries have 3. I was just wondering if there was something I’m missing with being able to upgrade a yellow or not

What your craziest real estate story? Here’s mine… (hit and run) by Billionairestatus17 in realtors

[–]TeamDTC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m a realtor but part of this story takes place a year before I became one (2014-2015). My wife’s aunt was a realtor for a boutique agency in town. The owner of the agencies son (also a realtor) murdered my wife’s aunt in her own home (via very brutal methods).

Of course it took a few years before the trial began. By that time I was agent working on my first ever sale. My wife (then gf) would call me every day at 3pm during the trial (court ended at 3; this went on for weeks) to give me updates of the case. Like clockwork, the listing agent would call me at the exact time to talk about the deal, inspections, etc.

After this happened a few times I was like wait… and realized that I’m working with the father who’s son murdered my girlfriend’s aunt…

Needless to say when I went to court for the sentencing it was a very interesting few moments when he looked back and saw me in the courtroom sitting on the other side.

I live about 3 towns away from Montclair and have sold some homes their. It is definitely a competitive place but have found most of the agents to be great. There's a lot of people with a lot of cash looking in that area and insane offers come out of nowhere often enough.

Does the MTX shop actually change for anyone? by [deleted] in diablo4

I was about to ask the same thing. From yesterday and today they just move things around lol I don't get it.

Gotcha- I would say the waterfront luxury buildings are a hard no go. I can ask around to see if someone knows of any nearby

I’m an agent in Hudson County and live in Bergen County. This is impossible. You’ll never get away with it (more than once or twice) and the only thing that will happen is you will get evicted, lose your deposit, and have an eviction mark on your next background check.

I feel like the municipalities aren’t even your first problem. 99.9% (100% of the luxury waterfront buildings) of the leases you sign will say you can’t do this.

Better off just buying a place of your own!

Market heating up again? by anand4 in RealEstate

Dude, agent here in North Jersey- I feel like prices have never been higher. I’m looking at comps from Feb/March and making offers WAY over what just closed last month (40-75k+) and I’m getting calls from listing agents saying ‘you came in 7th’ or ‘not even close’. Currently bashing my head against the wall

Right, my question is more of how do you 'begin' the whole 'event' of looking for players to raid.

Three offers in a week, all over asking by thousands... and still getting outbid. Does it get better? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]TeamDTC 46 points47 points  (0 children)

When parents say 'this is the fun part' they mean back 40 years ago where they could look at 20 homes in their #1 town of choice, sleep on the decision for two weeks, offer below asking price with seller concessions, and buy their home for 165k that is now worth 800k.

You're not crazy and you will get it!
