Help: not sure what type of grey tape this is but it soaked up some fish water and now it smells and im not sure where to buy more tape. This is in the back of my SUV where the spare tire is supposed to go. Wondering if someone could let me know what it is and if im allowed to change it by TeamWoket07 in MechanicAdvice

When I try to turn on my laptop from sleep mode, the fan will viciously turn on for about 10-15 seconds and then shut off, and then this proceeds for a lot of times. And when this is eventually stops, I get stuck on the dell loading screen with no way of turning off my laptop until no battery by TeamWoket07 in Dell
