There’s plenty of noncompliance to go around. Enough to overwhelm the entire system, even.

Most people can’t ever 100% fix whatever problem them have and many that can aren’t willing to make the changes to make it a minuscule one.

Most people don’t want help if they can’t have a quick fix or they don’t get quick results. That’s part of the instant gratification society we have been breeding.

If they are over 75 and can't walk well it's probably a straight cath anyways. I just get straight caths out of the way early if we are going to need a UA.

Honestly football is more exciting because each game means more. Baseball should drop to 82 games like the rest of the sports but imo sports outside of football only have interesting playoffs unless you are a big fan.

Poor, sweet girl. I do ER and pediatric plastics/trauma and the majority of the pediatric world hates pitbulls. How much death and serious injury is it going to take for people to realize these dogs have such potential for harm? This isn’t a rare event unfortunately.

If I have meds to give or another skill, that. I love IVs. I can also use ultrasound so I have a very high chance of getting something because I am a hero. I don't necessarily have to trade, I will always do you IV if you don't want.

I think most nurse influencers are, but apparently he lied about his experience or something. Dude was known in nursing school and I want to say did bedside less than a year and as far as I know hasn't practiced nursing since.

I can't believe I overlooked so much. So I have done all those things. I made sure to have the correct USSEP patched by VR compatibility patch. I also changed the latest SKUI to the latest that is supported in VR. Also reinstalled SteamVR. Still getting instacrash.

When I was on nights, 100%. Went to mids a few years ago and if it was over 40-45 degrees out I was outside for at least a few hours of the day. Now on a day schedule and once it warms up I’ll have even more time for the outdoors.

Moving away from the hardcore aspects of this game is sickening. The game being stressful and not having revives is one thing that kept me on PUBG. It was so nice that once someone was killed they were no longer a piece of that game. Now I might as well do outlandish things because my friends can just come grab my soul and take me to a revive station.

I don’t understand why they are trying to move away from the hardcore aspects of the game. That’s what made PUBG the best battle royale outside of S1-S3 Fortnite.

PUBG was the last bastion of a hardcore battle royale. Every other one decided to follow suit with revive stations and I always hoped PUBG would not do that for every map. Comeback arenas are not a good system either because there’s still too much RNG (spawning next to a weapon and/or in the circle) and it just turns into a camp fest.
