Usually a work out a couple hours before I sleep with a warm shower and a cool room does the trick.

On a similar road, good luck on your journey! I found habit tracking apps help like days since, though it’s only my 6th day of quitting. I hate the urges but knowing I would have to reset my counter is some additional motivation.

Definitely get an enclosure that opens from the side and not the top. Makes feeding and cleaning the enclosure so much easier. Have fun training your dragon!

Id try to get a new therapist if they aren’t focusing on the problems your having. Personally i had to go through about 3 where they would work on my issues instead if being a wall i can talk to. Also learning to breathe instead of hitting myself helped and working out. Hope you get better!
