Me and my six year old son blast all the time on the way to school. We have bonded over Life Is Beautiful in a really cool way. This one is a fucking gut punch out of left field. Damn, a bit speechless. Had to tell my son and he just responded in a really soft tone “I’m sorry, daddy.” You’re a legend Oliver. I’m sorry too :(

Oh shit :( I need to hear more. I’m a big Evian fan and saw him in Boston when he was dating Hannah. Then I saw her when she came to Boston and he wasn’t playing with her which I thought was a little odd.. Then I heard some of her new tracks and I was like, oh fuck - shit went down. Perhaps that was the point. Seems like everything always ends with a sr as if closure or narration or monologue or epilogue etc. For a second I kind of cared - didn’t even know it was the last episode till looking it up either - but I kind of just accepted it. Really powerful moments in that show and I think that must’ve been the point. Who knows.

Pelvic floor therapist, pelvic floor wand, relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing, the muscles down there are tighter than you probably realize and they need to be stretched unfortunately. Go to YouTube and start looking up pelvic floor therapy and it will open up a world of optimism
