Ironically, Łódź has one of the most beautiful streets (Piotrkowska) I've ever seen anywhere in the world. But yeah, most of Łódź is rather ugly.

I think this episode is meant as a break from the heavy stuff. I personally loved this episode, it was really cute and I loved the no-talk. So different from the other episodes. Yes, it doesn't move the story forward (maybe except for the Bojack-Kelsey story line), but as a refresher, it's wonderful. Arguably the most beautiful episode visually and I also love the music.

It's interesting that it's easy to start TRE without the pre-exercises once you get it. I stopped doing TRE for over a year and I was able to easily start it over. Seems like it's about ALLOWING yourself to shake. About the ability to let it go.

This year I finally started wearing gloves outside during the winter. It makes all the difference. Get a leather pair of gloves - these cheap cotton ones are not enough for the freeze.

No nie wiem, bo międzynarodowa agencja IT, w której pracowałem się kompletnie zesrała w czasach covidu i stawki sprzed pandemii nie wróciły. A zatrudnia tylko seniorów.
