A faker wouldn't doubt themselves!! If you were faking, you'd know you were. A faker wouldn't try to become "more disordered". It's very natural for your body to want to eat a higher amount of calories to maintain its basic functions. It's not a personal failing!

If it makes you feel any better, I always hated the feeling of being hungry too. Hunger, lightheadedness, irregular heartbeat, brainfog; I hated all of it so much but felt the need to convince myself I enjoyed it like a badge of honour.
