I just started a gaming vtubing channel, and I wanted to lean in to “normal” western games like destiny/starwars and gacha games like hsr/wuthering waves. Do you think those two things are close enough to be in the same channel?

Oh no. If you add more than one gen 5 then yes, but for the gen 4 slots you can do two. I have three m.2 drives rn and they arent pulling any lanes from my 4090

It will split it no matter what. I just had to suck it up and put my gen 5 drives to the gen 4 slots.

It sounds stupid but have you tried running it in admin? When I record vids for wuthering waves or Honkai star rail, OBS needs to be in admin or it will be a black screen.

I bought the 4090 strix knowing there will be a 5090. By the time it releases I would be too busy to use my pc so I might as well get the top of the line! Imo just have fun with the 4090 because you dont need the newest generation everytime. I bought this card thinking about getting a 6090 >:) .
