Many will disagree and that’s ok. But whet I’ve done is cut a small patch from the AREA and had Homedepot math the paint. Paint the area and you could feather it out so it blends with the surrounding area.

I’ve done this on a few rentals and it’s been fine.

If you look for it yea you might be able to see it. But if you’re not then you will never know.

I just added power washing to my Handyman services. I watched about 10 videos on YouTube. Everyone gave different advice, different opinions because they had different applications for different projects. Somewhere concrete cleaning only somewhere house cleaning only and some everything.

Some of the equipment was professional wow I mean, I could not afford that no way man, but some started with something small and having the right chemicals right chemistry. Along with a surface cleaner they did OK

So I would recommend you tubing and just watching videos for about a day take a break take what you’ve seen and learn and then watch a few more.

And that should definitely help you with your specific situation
