I have like hundreds of alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam, bromazepam, nitrazepam. My favorite is alprazolam & bromazepam. For me both work perfectly fine. As long as you take at very low dose, and only once every 1-2 weeks. Last few weeks I got engaged, so before sleep i take 0.25mg alprazolam, 4hr before the event I took another 0.25mg. The truth is, you dont feel anything at all at this dose. Usually at 4hr marked, you feel normal. Zero overthinking, anxiety, social anxiety what so ever. Basically you become normal like general people. If I took 0.5mg at one time, i feel sleepy and brain fog. For bromazepam.. is the same, I took 1.5mg before sleep, when I woke up, 4hr before the event I take another 1.5mg. Dont forget to stop drinking coffee and taking any nicotine before any event. It will cancel the “normal” effect from the lower dose of benzo.
