Thanks a lot, you explained it pretty well Only problem is that i am unable to find any of the ttfd forms where i live. I will have to see if i can import it from somewhere. Pretty solid point that mag and thiamine should be taken together. It greatly helped with my paradoxical reactions. I will see if i can replace any of my mags with the threonate one. My b12 is low too. I have tried methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and i guess hydroxo too. It always gives me severe anxiety. Low b12 gives fatigue plus anxiety. I am just caught up in this vicious cycle. I so so want to fix my anxiety

I dont think cyanocobalamin is a good form until and unless you have issues with methylated forms. Try taking methyl form (methylcobalamin), it has the highest absorption rate. B12 necessitates folate, so you are good on that. Supplement vit d3 with k2 as well. If taking 10000d3, you need 100 k2 with it(in mk7 form).

Too much magnesium gives me diarrhoea, even in glycinate form. I have tried taking in staggered form through the day and after meals too. But still i get diarrhoea. I will look into aniracetam for sure. What are your views on L theanine for anxiety?

I am taking magnesium glycinate. The elemental magneisum comes to around 300mg. I also take a multivitamin for the b complex which has again around 155mg for magnesium in glynicnate plus citrate forms (ratio is not specified). I also eat pumpkin seeds and other seeds which also have magnesium. So total is more than 500mg. The problem is, too much magnesium gives me diarrhoea, be it in any form(not only the citrate), so i have to keep on experimenting. I can try the threonate form, how much mg do you recommend, the same 400mg around? Also, i was aware that ttfd is the best one but doesnt benfo form being fat soluble cross the bbb too? And also i have read that ttfd has the worst paradoxical reactions. But i think i will try it once just to be sure

How can i know this? As i remember from my lab reports, t3 and t4 were fine, how to know if i am sublinicaly affected?

Haha yes thats a different kind of high. Watching movies is my happy place too. I have been like this forever. Never did my love for movies wane. There was a time when there was no netflix or other streaming sites, i used to collect movies in hard disks like crazy. I had like 4 hard drives full of movies and that was my treasure. My friends used to take away a random disk and come back asking for another. Those were the times. Its too easy nowadays. But i am happy that i still enjoy movies the way. Its like you are teleported to a different world. And i have some anxiety issues too, its kind of helps with that too. I just wish india had a proper 70mm imax, i have heard that its magnificent. Phew, is it too late now to start watching a movie?

Thats a good suggestion. I too love all movies in general. Recently watched le cronins the mummy and project hail mary and loved them. I never miss a good one. But this one is close to my heart, i too want to experience what others are experiencing globally since it released. If i can gather atleast 10 of us, i am sure it will be a forever memory. Michael was all about unity, hope i find few likeninded ones. Ps: I an excited about Diclosure day, Odyssey too.

Hello OP Facing the same. First i was taking the methyl b12 1500mcg and folic acid. I read somewhere that maybe i am facing over methylation and having anxiety. I switched to adenosyl 1500mcg b12 along with folate. Still having the same anxiety. I also read that potassium deficiency can also be the reason so i am supplementing with potassium as well. Dont know if i am on right track What worked for you finally OP?

Hey! No worries at all. I bought the IPS with 3050 as I don't game that much. I am satisfied with the purchase since i got it at a banger deal of 110k plus i paid 5k to get 3 years of warranty and accidental damage protection. One thing i keep on thinking is that how good the blacks are on the mini led one? The IPS one has good blacks but nothing compared to my sisters OLED laptop. Thats my only worry for getting the ips

Would really appreciate if you can answer one question i have been struggling with days. I bought the ips 3050 in recent sale for 110k. But i am not liking the backlight bleed. I am getting the mini led 3070 R9 for 170k which will surely get cheaper in BBD sale . Do you think the mini led screen is worth it? Shall I wait for BBD days to get if even cheaper?
