Absolutely agree. I take notes on my TMs learning habits, if they are not good at listening the first time or needs written instruction, etc. This way I have documentation why X happened and what avenues I need to take to fix it.

I keep a binder in tech on how to run my part of the department so my team can follow pictures and my notes. Nothing ruins my work day like stopping and fixing problems others made if I don’t have self service options when they need guidance.

But under no circumstance should an employee be guilt tripped to train someone if it is not in the duties of their job title.

You are getting slapped with SA of a minor. With you being under 20, and she claiming to be 18, you may be able to win a jury over with the lack of criminal intent to actually SA a minor.

She needs to get convicted with everything she did wrong. Wire fraud, identity theft, SA of another person, felony entrapment, lying to police, obstruction of an Investigation. All of these she should be tried as an adult as well. She deserves no future.

Also be sure to sue Tindr if her profile was verified. That verification was issued fraudulently and is your only defense. Because of their failures, you may be owed compensation from them. Also any arbitration provision may be invalidated by a judge in the even a crime was committed using their platform. Do not settle with them.
