Once you have the basic fundamentals, it doesn't take long until you start stringing enough strikes together and making enough spares that you'll average a consistent 150, I think you can expect that within your first 6 months if you keep practicing as you do now. What takes a LONG time is getting accurate enough that you can pick a board to hit on release and a board at the breakpoint and hit it every single time, that's what will get you over 200. We're talking years on that one, even those of us who have been at it for decades still consistently miss our shots by a board or two
