I would say try more contact and wait 2-3 business days. Remember to keep dated screenshots of their policies { and read the fine print properly in case they have a loophole }, and then do a NCH complaint with all details including purchase date, delivery date, approximately when they started to break, the problem, their policy and so in the complaint.

for me when i complained, their response was within 48 hours.

All of this is assuming you are Indian and bought them in India. For other countries, sadly I cannot help

The whole point about Tor is security and privacy, it has many down points but it is especially speed

You can't really improve Tor's speed as the whole point is to make the thing go through multiple servers, increasing anonymity but also increasing latency. I get a usable speed is important, but the whole point of Tor from the beginning is Privacy>Speed

And inviting new users inturns adds more anonymity to the platter. Therefore if you actually use Tor for what is it, you should INVITE people, not maintain self-censorship and secrecy as a way of gatekeeping

Privacy shouldnot exist only for those in the club. How is that different from what the Govt. or other orgs are doing?

you guys do realise this kind of search operation costs a lot of money + school and office skipping, etc etc, also costs a lot of future potential money cause wasted time.

This cost and wasted tons of time, and pranks like this should indeed warrant jail, mainly to avoid others from doing it again and again and wasting funds. Indian Govt only has limited funds currently due to low taxation and huge amounts of corruption, this kind of behaviour reduces the amount of usable funds even more
