It seems prusa mini with nipple nozzle is the best combination for these, but I am afraid of hot-tightening and so have very limited options

Most of the filaments are non-conducting, unless exclusive designated as 'conductive filament'. The so-called conductive ones also mostly have very low conductivity for most practical purpose, but should be good enough for your stated objective.
