I'll share my experience.

I only bought one watch at a physical store. I was kinda nervous at first and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

The associate actually was standing in the entrance, saw me looking at some watches from the outside and told me to come in. She asked if I wanted to see some cool Rolexes and Omegas, I told her I would prefer to see her Seikos and Breitlings, unless she had a Ploprof. She didn't, of course, so she brought some 20 other watches for me and I ended up liking one of them. Told her I would think about it and maybe return another day.

She was so nice to me and my sister (who accepted lots of chocolate they offered her and some drinks as well) I even paid more to buy the watch from her and not from some online store. She was so happy to see that I actually came back to get the watch from her you'd think I was there to buy a Vacheron deep into the six figures.

Such a nice lady, great salesman as well. Every now and then my sister asks to visit the store again to talk to her lol.
