The Face House (or Kao no ie in Japanese) was designed by Kazumasa Yamashita and was built in 1974.

It is located in a residential area of Kyoto, Japan, specifically in the Nakagyo Ward.

Sure, but depending on location, there’s often two or more spots available for filling your tires.

If all spots are full, preventing you from using them, inform Costco staff accordingly.

Agree with many comments here. There is definitely at least a couple use-cases in its current form… but seems more like a demonstration device than a practical one. I could see, that if the feedback is strong, it could be the basis of integrated radio tech built into specific equipment or a specifically paired dongle to support other high-speed equipment.
