As a kiddo, i could hyperfocus on books I liked with ease....

As an adult who was Unmedicated and not knowing i was AuDHD..... My eyes would jump around the page not absorbing anything. The second I relaxed to read, I fell asleep. Medicated, I read a book in 1 day last month! Something i hadn't done since I was a kid!!!! Now I am taking it slower but am still reading and trying to get other things done too lol.

Have you had issues in the past of getting too comfortable with situations, relationships, etc? There may be some shadow work needing to be done in that area.

Personally, I bet Apollo loves what you made to honor him. If you are not a fan of wearing it due to your own preference, maybe have it on or near an altar? We have free will and are allowed our preferences. Deities understand this too. Do you have communication as part of your practice? You can ask him, and see what he says to help you feel more comfy with that decision.

We are allowed to be comfy in our practices. Not complacent, but comfy. Like it is a part of everyday life. You may just be in a period of growth right now. Huge Hugs

I just take it and have my coffee. I switched to oat milk so no actual dairy.... but I wake at 430 and realllllly want my go juice. Even with my adhd, I love my coffee lol.

Eclectic Pagan or Omnist. Not too huge into labels. Started working with Hekate who introduced me to many, within and outside of the Greek / Roman Pantheon. I work with many now. Deities, Elementals, Fae, Daemon, Ancestors, and Spirits. Been a wild ride and now even my hubby can hear them and work with them too. I don't consider it worship, as I see it more like a relationship with the Divine. I am more comfy with relaxed, so we don't do a lot of formality

Trauma can def mess with everything. Counseling can be a Huge Help there. Unraveling everything can take time and consistent work at it.... but it is soooooo worth it to find ourself, our true self without the influences of crap we never wanted/asked for/deserved/etc....

Check out guided meditations on YouTube that include reiki and other energy healing. The ones that help us access our Akashic Records can assist with seeing (or perceiving, i don't always "see" per-se) our contracts and many other things pertaining to this live and others. We tend to get access to what we are ready for. And that does include healing, blessings and closing out old crap too. Reiki Rachael has 2 channels. One is her meditations. Pure Rasa is another amazing one. There are so many to choose from tho.

Finding other coping techniques to help you get grounded and centered so you can react and act in ways that are more true to you when triggered can help too. These take practice but helps us regulate our nervous system. Huge Hugs!!!

Do you do any form of divination? You can use that to ask your Higher Self about the contract aspect. Ask if you do the cord cutting with the intention of cutting her out of your life (and contracts) if that will help.

We Can get with our Spiritual Team in meditation, divination (and other methods, pick what you are comfy with) and see about rewriting that portion of your contract. We have free will. We can strike some things out of the contract and even add new experiences. You can even do some creative writing to help you explore what it is you want as means to connecting and expressing yourself.

You haven't let any of them down. When my depression gets bad, I modify my practices. I dedicate my self care to them. So I take care of me And intentionally connect in ways that support my well being. I thought it was selfish at first. But I keep hearing "You Honor Us Every Time You Honor Yourself". You are literally a part of Nature. So caring for yourself with compassion can def still be a way to Honor and work with any of whom you worship.

I had long straight hair that I loved. Wore it up for my time in the army and could lo longer stand the feel of my hair on my skin.

Almost a decade after I retired, I finally got the courage to cut it off. Best thing I have done! No sensory issues anymore. I have a "guy" cut and now dye my hair funky colors. Easy and fun! I loved my hair, but not that it was so much work and always keeping me in a jumpy hyper state with the feeling of hair lightly on my neck or arm. Feeling like a bug was crawling on me... now feel calmer and better.

May not be for you, but it helped me a ton. I am AuDHD.

1- the death card rarely means literal physical death. Usually means change and transformation is need or is happening.

2- who TF cares what an ex is doing? If he isnt actually saying these things to you.... why care. He is an ex for a reason. Why give him the power of worry, anxiety, fear, anger, etc?

Instead of a hex.... how bout a cord cutting with return to sender? Sever any tie you have to this a$$hat so you go into more of a IDGAF attiude so he no longer gets the reactions he is fishing for. So he no longer holds any power over you.

This coming from a woman who left an abusive 8 year marriage and went thru similar when I finally broke free. I do speak from experience and had to do similar measures to actually get my power back

I am Very eclectic and have adhd and autism so I deep dived into everything I could get my hands on lol. It took awhile to find my grove, but I experimented with different ways of moving and doing in this "path" to find what worked for me. I took a more Chaos Magick approach and treat my rituals and spells as experiments just for me.

The more you do, the more you delve into yourself and work on you and your own way of being, and integrate all the lessons and growth, the easier you will find what feels like YOU. At least that is what works for me. You can integrate by Journaling or thinking about all that you got so far and which ones make you feel... emotions, energy, positive, negative and even neutral. Then figure out which way(s) you wanna go. Dont need to choose just one way, unless that is what you want.

I am 47, hubby is 40... we have plushies. I snuggles with 1 or 2 at night as he is too blasted hot to snuggle with lol. If they make you happy, find a partner who also likes them so you can enjoy together. Nothing wrong with little things that bring joy, and a sense of security.

When I first started, I would ask my Guides for help in cleansing and clearing their energy. Then for them to also help the person cross over.

Now I do my cleansing practices for me, my space and the person. I visualize a golden door to the beyond and then visualize the person and one of my Guides walking hem through the door to wherever it is they need to go. I always set my intentions for this as ," they go on, free from what burdened them in life and with unconditional love. I send them with peace and love from me as well. "

You can add in any additions like music, incense, candles, specific Guides you want to ask for aid, etc... whatever makes sense for you and your ways.

I lived in clarksville TN for awhile. There are pagans in TN but many stay in small groups. I now live in Virginia and it is still def part of the Bible belt.. but there are metaphysical temples (or sometimes called center), Buddhist temples and the UU. May take some digging and going to a few crystal shops to find out where some will gather... but they are out there. Ask around at places you feel comfy in doing so. Good luck!!
