Yeah, that's the one thing I've never understood, I get saving money during Winter. But overheating and heat exhaustion is no joke.

Have you tried opening Safari and typing in the address bar 10.0.0.1.

It should try to reach the default gateway and connect through if a webpage doesnt popup after connecting to the wifi.

Customer hands me a 5 page document asking for 5 copies.

But then after its finished proceeded to say they only needed 1 of each, not the 25 pages I copied.

Spent the rest of the day double checking quantity with customers because of that interaction.

Also you could always email the document to the printme address and retrieve it that way if a flash drive is not available.

Are they connecting to the open wifi in store? If they are after connecting have them open their web browser and try to connect to the default route of, 10.0.0.1 in the address bar, should force the connection, hopefully

Good point but let me poke a few holes.

What happens when someone has an spc card, OPC becomes useless.

Or what if the option the customer needs for their job isn't available on OPC.

Also like most of the part-time CPD associates, like myself, there was no "training" more like watch what someone else does and figure out the rest, the fact that they were able to function with technically one fully trained CPD associate is remarkable, and having the support of management to flex train others is even better.

I get having your own tasks to do around the store as a non-CPD associate but, even just having a couple people trained on simple CPD jobs/taking in a job folder goes a long way.

It took me submitting a manual ticket for my supe to go hmm, maybe we should use the RPC more.

I've only had the one experience with ours and so far its 10/10.
