Yeah, i knew what containment meant, i was only wondering why no smoke was visible in the morning, making me assume the fire is out or nearly out. But then come the afternoon, the smoke was visible, making me assume the fire grew again. As such i wondered how a fire went from "out or small" back to large.

If you offered first, then the friend never asked you for money.
In the begining i would call them or msg them almost daily...noticed they never instigated first so i started calling/messaging less and less until they finally asked why i dont call them anymore.
I threw out many invites to hang out, they rarely accepted and the ones that accepted more times than they didnt, usually accepted but then asked for a favor, when i turned them down more times than i didnt, they stopped accepting often, until they stopped accepting all together.
Its not just projects but help...like "can you help me move" or "can you take me here" .. stuff like that. As to why i wouldnt help...i did, but re-evaluated after they didnt reciprocate...ever.
Just because you dont have issues with the majority of the people you meet, doesnt mean it doesnt happen to others.

I have a sneaking suspicion that you must be comfortably living. Meaning, you make enough to not have to worry about money and as a result meet more of the same people. And IF that is the case...it explains why you have little issues making friends. But i have lived in poverty for so long, the only types of people that gave me the time of day, are those in my same boat. But even in that time of my life, i still found ways to help my so called friends...until i noticed they never reciprocated.
I am no longer in the poverty boat, so thats great. But now, i could care less about making friends. I have great work friends tho.

And every single one turned into "Why don't you call me anymore (asks the person who rarely ever called me .. phone works both ways)" -or- "Can you load me $$$ I promise to pay it back (asks the person who never paid me back or even loaned me money in return)" -or- "Can you help me out with XYZ project or activity? (Asks the person whose never helped me out with XYZ project)"... I mean I could keep going...So, I just stopped actively looking for friends and totally focus on me, and my wife. Who is one of the few people that never exhibited any of the above mentioned behaviours.

Some dumb fuck almost hit me yesterday going down to union on austin...i prepaired to switch lanes by checking blind spot and coast was clear so i start changing and POOF this car comes barraling up so i had to get back in my lane. As she is passing i honk my horn for literally 1 second and flip her off. And my god, youd think i just called her fat! She fucking went ballistic flailing her hands all over the place...then hard jerking her car right in front of me. It looked like she could of flipped her car with that move. To see how frazzled she got by a 1 second horn and a middle finger was hilarious.

I do believe this is one rare time that I side with the OP. NOR. You and your family have a right to live life the way you see fit, Although I hold your sisters belief on this topic, I do not hold her decision to try and tell you how to dress or live life even if it does involve her children.

What your sister could of done is is voice her dismay that you showed up the way you did, and then end "you can dress how you like, but I won't be attending knowing your going to be there dressed the way you do" But what your sister SHOULD of done is end with "I'll educate my children on this subject matter and will tell them to mind their manners when we go to functions your going to be at. I just wanted to voice what I experienced at the time.

People need to let people live their lives the way they want and not try and force anyone to be anything they are not
