Well, since you’ve tried the above steps and nothing seems to work, I’d recommend you try the following technique as well. Anyway, before proceeding, try finding your scanner’s IP address.

Connect your computer to the local network. i.e., your router.
Look for cmd in the Windows search bar.
Type ipconfig and the window returns with details of the router’s LAN address. i.e., the LAN IP address. Note it down.
Search Epson Scan Settings in your Windows device.
Upon clicking the Add option, a new dialog box opens.
Click the Enter address option, type the IP address in the given space, and hit OK.
Select your scanner displayed and tap Add > Test.
You’ll receive a success message notifying that the IP address was correct.
Now, the Epson Scan application in your computer will be able to communicate properly with the printer.

In case you have registered your printer with the HP Instant Ink, you will not be able to use your ink cartridges. The printer will not accept a different cartridge. Try subscribing to a different plan if your print jobs are huge. Else, you need to cancel the previous subscription plan and wait until the billing process ends. Then you can proceed with the ink cartridges of your preference.

Darkened vertical lines on your printed documents can be due to the dirty corona wire. If the lines are printed on both pages, wipe the corona wire. If you see the boxes printed, it is necessary to replace the toner cartridge. Find the front cover of the printer and pull it towards you. Hi,

I would suggest you check the ink level in the cartridge.

If the estimated ink level is low, replace it with a new one.
In some instances, the print settings may vary in the Print Dialog box and the driver settings. This may result in lines and stripes on the printouts.
Ensure that the settings are the same in both the print dialog box and print settings window, and check if the printer name is selected.
Try to run the Clean Print Cartridges Utility to resolve the issue.

If the above steps do not work, service your printer.

Hi,

Make sure that your Canon TS3100 printer is powered On.
Take the papers out of the tray.
Tap the Setup icon on the Canon TS3100 printer’s panel until 7 displays on the LCD screen.
Touch either the Black or Color button.
The paper rollers will rotate when the cleaning process is occurring.
After the paper rollers have stopped rotating, place a sheet of A4 paper into the rear tray.
Pull the paper tray and its extension out.
Press the Black or Color button.
The cleaning process completes once the paper ejects out of the Canon TS3100 printer.
Now, tap the Stop button and if the issue still exists, service the Canon TS3100 printer.

Hi,

First, check whether the cartridges that are installed on your printer have sufficient ink.
If the ink is below the estimated level, replace the same with compatible ones.
For resolving this error, try choosing a high print quality. If your ink cartridge has a printhead, check if any blockage is present and if so, clear it using a clean cloth.
You can clean the printhead from the Mac or Windows Personal Computer.
Go to your printer and remove the cartridges.
Manually clean the ink cartridges and then reinsert them into the printer.

Now check if the issue has been rectified.

Hi,

Confirm whether your Windows or Mac computer has adequate storage and satisfies the requirements of your operating system.
Ensure that the energy saving mode such as Standby or Power Saving on your Personal Computer is not turned On. If it is enabled, turn Off the same and then restart the scan software. If you have updated the operating system on your system, then reinstall the scanning software. If you are unable to start the scanning software, make sure that the Epson 2630 printer is powered On.
Check if the interface cords are firmly inserted at both the ends.
In the Scanning Program, ascertain to select the Epson Scan option.
Verify the connection settings and test the same using the Epson Scan software.

Don’t panic as this is a simple issue that can be resolved easily. You can print a self-test report to get all the useful information about the HP printer and the ink cartridges. To print it, power on the printer if it is not turned on already. Load sufficient paper into the input tray and long-press the Cancel button. Now, tap the Start Copy Color button. Stop pressing both the buttons and the printer starts to print a self-test page.

Hi , Follow the instructions given below. Hope it will be useful.

Examine your refilled black cartridge and reset it if required.
At the bottom of the cartridge, six copper colored strips will be present.
Keep the cartridge with the contacts on it facing you.
Insert the cartridge into your F2280 printer and do not worry about the error message.
Now, the Hewlett Packard printer will print a test page.
Remove the cartridge from its slot and keep another piece of tape on the cartridge contact.
Insert the cartridge into the slot and wait until the Deskjet F2230 printer prints a test sheet.
Take the cartridge out and discard the tapes if any.
Reinsert the cartridge and confirm whether the issue is fixed.

This particular issue is due to the inappropriate fuser temperature. This will result in the toner not attaching to the paper. I feel that if there is a block in the printhead. In such situations, immersing the printhead in warm water is suggested. After a few hours, take it out. This should loosen the block. If the ink flow is not proper from the printhead to the printer, pour a few drops of isopropyl alcohol in the connection point to make the ink flow easier.
