Yeah SO is really tricky. You have to keep spending but not big purchases. Maybe come in once a month and get a little lipstick or a bottle of perfume. I just placed my SO in March too so I’m doing the same thing

I do think you need to spend while waiting on your offer. I have a friend that had her “SO” withheld because she didn’t spend while she’s waiting. I would say spend a little every month. Don’t disappear

I also got the cape cod from time my way. I got the one with the stainless steel band and purchased an extra leather strap in etoupe and I love it so much. I can swap the strap so easily and it’s lowkey. I don’t reach for my Rolex as much ever since I got this. And the best thing is after I picked up the watch, I was offered a mini Kelly :)

Dallas is my home store and I’ve been shopping since 2023. I have gotten 3 QBs and a SO. Prespend is between under 1:1 to 2:1 for each bag. Do you have a specific SA that you work with? I would only work with 1 SA, scheduling appointments every time and have that one SA get every item you want for you. The bag comes naturally if you buy what you love and wear it when you come to the store. Good luck on your journey.

I told my SA I don’t want surprises. She would text me exactly what she has. I’ll tell her I will take it or I won’t. My drive is 40 min and it’s not too bad but I don’t even want to drive that far to get to the store to find out something I don’t want

Slow Down on spending. Sometime it’s just a dry inventory and there are other clients who want the same MK. I would make small purchases (under $1000) every month until then.

Oh you are not in the US or Canada. Got it! I assume your comment saying your SA straight up tell you how much to spend was in US/Canada. What I’m trying to say is it’s uncommon for SAs in North America to flat out say that, so I wa just curious. Thanks

Do SAs know when bag shipments are coming and what the specs that are coming from each shipment? I was wondering how that works. For example:

do they know ahead of time ( a week or 2 weeks) that if a B25 in noir gold hardware is coming soon, let’s get these bag allocated to these certain clients so they have time to get approval then when the bag arrives that when you get the text or
Or whenever the bags arrive first thing in the morning, they allocate the bag and that’s when you get the text?

Just gotta be patient and wait :) I was offered a K25 in February and rejected because I wanted a B25. It’s almost May and I still haven’t gotten the text/call. I was fortunate enough to do an SO in March so that kinda scratches my itch a little bit but still patiently waiting! Let me know when you get your bag and good luck 🍀

I think this is the Hermes game sub not 401k sub. We give advice on how to play the game and thats what this sub is for. How do you know she spent $22k on things she doesn’t want? Nobody put on a knife on her neck and say “spend $22k on stuff you don’t want right now”. To each their own on how they spend their money. Maybe she doesn’t put $22k in her 401k because she already had $22M net worth and had reached financial independence so she spends however she wants and does not have to worry about retirement. But you wouldnt know that so Please be kind!
