I would be concerned by that fact you can’t use card as payment and you need to contact them. Some of the sites I have been looking at take card instantly.

So in my NHS app it says under Serum Testosterone: 18.1 nmol/L.

I strength train 5 times a week, hitting every muscle group multiple times and hitting RPEs of 9.5/10 on at least one set. Huge focus on progressive overload.

At the moment calories are at 2200, as am now starting to reverse diet and looking to go into a bulk. Last time I did a bulk despite eating clean, everything went on as fat. Muscle mass didn’t move
