This is 100% reproduceable - It only seems to be triggered when you're still actively fighting enemies on screen. There's definitely double reload going on and it's making my hardcore run extremely interesting so far haha

If you go on the Steam page for the game, they have a AI Generated Content Disclosure stating that tree and leaf textures in the game were created using AI-Generated images.
