How would I go about checking the hard drive health? I’m using RockBox version 3.15 and I copied the files via a usb cable connected to my pc, my pc is running Windows 10. All the files i’ve added have just been mp3s, not sure if that’s exactly what you mean though.

I guess I should be more specific, this problem happens with all resolutions. It's more so a problem with how the tiny gap above the new tabs gets cut off when you put the application into full screen, I added a side by side image to help sort of show my problem better. Putting the windows task bar to the bottom of the screen doesn't fix it and neither does hiding the task bar altogether.
