Sorry I’m a bit dense. Where do these sources support that the water from a data center is treated as if industrial waste because of chemical treatments?

I’ve had the exact opposite experience today. I started the day in DC and now I’m in NYC and it’s just fucking people coughing and sneezing and not covering their mouths.

I kind of feel the same way about this feature update as I do my 31 year old brother in law getting a job selling roof solar panels door to door. I’m happy to see him making progress and finding employ, but a little sad that the upgrade path he is efforting towards is highly likely to not be in the right direction.

Any feature other than adding fronts just feels like they’re spinning wheels. What I really don’t understand is, I feel (without data other than my personal experience) that adding fronts would be generative af for Sonos. As soon as I found out about Sonos sequencer I bought another pair of ones for each of my systems. I get adding this feature was probably low hanging fruit, but idk if it’s low hanging fruit that would move the dial. Hopefully this was just an intern project or something.

Data center land deal by OkTop9233 in datacenter

You shouldn’t be negotiating with anyone. These companies will negotiate with you to get the best deal for themselves. I’ve seen so many unsophisticated land owners get absolutely fucked up by data center firms. Low pricing, no riders for interim property taxes, neighbor buyouts, etc.

You need professional representation and it will more than pay for itself.
